While The Allman Revival® officially started in 2023, the core members were performing together for a decade prior to that, and the idea of an ABB Tribute began around 2015. Why did it take so long you ask? Well simply, it took that long to assemble the right parts... pro musicians who were not only capable of playing this difficult music, but passionate about the music and the project.

It will come as no surprise to learn that while the various band members each have their own musical influences across a variety of genres (something we have in common with The ABB) we all share our love and respect for The Brothers and each of us considers them to be a major influence on our musical history and journey. For most of us, The ABB sits alone as our main musical influence.

The Allman Revival is an 8-piece professional concert-level band which accurately and passionately presents these beloved early-ABB songs the way you've been listening to them for 50+ years. With two drummers, slide guitar and a singer whose vocals will, at times, give you chills...The Allman Revival is THE Allman Brothers Tribute and we are available for shows both in Florida and nationwide.

The Allman Revival® was formed by 3 friends who were already playing music together, but nothing that was as meaningful to them as The Allman Brothers. For each of them T.A.B. was THE music that shaped them as musicians when they were teenagers so if they were going to tackle this difficult project, they were going to do it right...with t

In addition to being the bass player, Tom is the Manager and runs the band and the business of the band. From writing what you are reading now and creating/managing this website to hiring and managing musicians, booking shows, working with agents, venues, clients, soundmen, etc. to managing schedules and.....well, basically all the non-playing-music stuff. Most importantly though is that I learned how to play bass locked in my room playing to Fillmore East as a teenager...so you can say I've been training a lifetime for this project!

Born in Kentucky, raised in Indiana with roots in gospel choir and a lifelong love of The Allman Brothers, his soulful delivery of this music will make you feel what you are supposed to feel.....and are a huge part of creating the legendary live experience that T.A.B. were famous for. Although involved in music for decades, performing this music was always something he hoped to do, and now he is, and now you get to enjoy it. In addition to being our singer, he is also the resident expert on all things T.A.B......having studied their history and their stories.
